Affiliate Disclosure

As of September 2026:

• There are no affiliate links on NorthAmericans.com.
• We earn no commission, referral fee or other payment when you click a link or buy something.
• We do not accept payment for links, mentions or reviews.
• Most of our links go to official government sources, such as USCIS, IRCC and Mexico's National Migration Institute (INM), so you can check facts yourself.

We may add affiliate links in the future, for example for services readers often need when moving, such as language test preparation, health insurance or international money transfers. If we do:

• We will tell you where it matters. A plain-language note will appear on the page, near the link, before you click, for example: "We earn a commission if you buy through this link."
• It will not change our content. Affiliate relationships will never affect our facts, our status labels or which programs we cover.
• We will update this page first, listing the types of affiliate relationships we have.
• Official services stay official. We will never place an affiliate link where you should use a free or official government service, such as an official visa, ESTA or eTA application.

We plan to build a network of licensed immigration professionals, and later a way for readers to contact them. This is different from affiliate links. Any referral arrangements will follow the professional-conduct rules of the relevant bars, law societies and the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and will be disclosed to readers. Some regulators limit or ban referral fees, and we will follow those rules. See join our network.

• Link to unlicensed immigration advisors or sellers of "guaranteed" visas
• Sell links, placement or rankings
• Hide a paid relationship
