Agriculture Talent PathwayThe Agriculture Talent Pathway is the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) route for farm, greenhouse and food processing workers with a permanent, full-time Saskatchewan job offer. It covers 10 occupations, including specialized livestock workers and farm machinery operators (NOC 84120), and needs CLB 4 plus either one year of experience in the past three years or six months with your Saskatchewan employer. Agriculture is a 2026 priority sector, so there are no intake windows.Employment OfferThe Employment Offer sub-category of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is for skilled workers who have a permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer in a NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation. You need at least 60 of 110 points on the SINP grid, one year of related work experience in the past 10 years, and at least CLB 4 in English or French. It is open in 2026 and leads to a base provincial nomination, which you then use to apply to IRCC for permanent residence.Entrepreneur (closed)The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) Entrepreneur category was a route for experienced business owners who wanted to start or buy a business in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan permanently closed it, along with all other SINP entrepreneur and farm pathways, on March 27, 2025. No new Expressions of Interest, invitations or applications are accepted, but files already in the system are being processed to completion.Existing Work PermitSkilled Worker With Existing Work Permit is a Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) sub-category for people already working in Saskatchewan on a valid work permit. You need at least six months (780 hours) of full-time work with the employer who supports you, a permanent full-time job offer, and an approved Employer Position Assessment. In 2026, jobs in accommodation and food services, trucking and retail trade are capped and can only be submitted in scheduled intake windows.Farm Owner and Operator (closed)The SINP Farm Owner and Operator category was a route for experienced farmers with the money to buy or start a farm in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan permanently closed it on March 27, 2025, as part of closing all SINP entrepreneur and farm pathways, and it no longer accepts Expressions of Interest or applications. Farmers can still look at farm investor streams in Alberta and Manitoba, and farm workers can use Saskatchewan's Agriculture Talent Pathway.Graduate Entrepreneur (closed)The SINP International Graduate Entrepreneur category let international graduates of Saskatchewan post-secondary schools who ran a business in the province apply for a provincial nomination. Saskatchewan permanently closed it on March 27, 2025, together with all other SINP entrepreneur and farm pathways. Graduates who want to stay in Saskatchewan now need a worker route, such as the SINP Students sub-category, which requires a job offer.Health Talent PathwayThe Health Talent Pathway is the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) route for health care workers with a permanent, full-time job offer in Saskatchewan. It covers more than 40 occupations, from physicians and nurses to nurse aides, and has both an Express Entry option (CLB 7) and a non-Express Entry option (CLB 5). Health care is a 2026 priority sector, so there are no intake windows, and you can apply from inside or outside Canada.Innovation and Tech TalentThe Innovation and Tech Talent Pathway is the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) route for high-skilled technology and innovation workers with a Saskatchewan job offer. It covers 32 occupations, such as software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists and electrical engineers, and has both Express Entry and non-Express Entry options. Technology is a 2026 priority sector, so there are no intake windows.Occupation In-DemandOccupation In-Demand is a Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) sub-category for skilled workers who have no Saskatchewan job offer and are not using Express Entry. You submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and need at least 60 of 110 points, one year of full-time experience in an in-demand TEER 0 to 3 occupation, a related post-secondary credential, CLB 4, and settlement funds. As of September 2026, Saskatchewan says no EOI draws are scheduled, so invitations are uncertain.Saskatchewan Express EntrySaskatchewan Express Entry is a Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) sub-category for people already in the federal Express Entry pool who work in an in-demand TEER 0 to 3 occupation. A nomination adds 600 points to your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, which almost always leads to a federal invitation. As of September 2026, Saskatchewan says there are no scheduled Expression of Interest draws, so this route is uncertain for now.SINP StudentsThe SINP Students sub-category is for international students who graduated from a Saskatchewan post-secondary designated learning institution (DLI) and now work in the province. You need at least six months (780 hours) of paid Saskatchewan work related to your studies and a permanent, full-time job offer in a TEER 0 to 3 occupation or a designated trade. In 2026, Saskatchewan reserves 750 nominations for its graduates with job offers in priority sectors.
